This Privacy Policy may change from time to time. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes. Please check periodically for updates.
Our Website and other products and services, may include platforms, websites, applications and other products and services provided by third parties, and these other third parties may have their own privacy policies. We encourage you to read such third-party privacy policies before providing information on or through them.
Note: This website does not have user accounts, a login system, or a comment section. It is a business information and contact inquiry website only.
Age Restriction
Our services are designed exclusively for U.S.-based businesses and professionals. The Site is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. PC Freeze Help does not knowingly collect any personal information from persons under 18, nor is the Site directed to minors.
By accessing, using, and/or submitting information through the Site, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age and are using the Site for legitimate business or professional purposes. Information We Collect
Personal Information You Provide Directly
We receive personal information directly from you when you voluntarily provide it, including:
- Full name
- Phone number
- Email address
- ZIP code and U.S. state
- A description of your technology issue or business inquiry
- Any other identifying information you voluntarily include in a message to us
You may access portions of the Site without providing personal information, but features requiring it (such as the contact form) will not be available.
Information Automatically Collected
When you access and use the Site, you consent to our collection of certain information about your use through tracking technologies or by other passive means, including:
- Traffic Data: IP address, domain server, device type, web browser type and version, referring webpage or other source through which you accessed the Site, pages visited and time spent, and other statistics associated with the interaction between your browser and the Site.
- Geolocation: General geographic region based on IP address.
- Interaction Data: Clicks, scroll behavior, and navigation patterns used to improve user experience.
We collect this information: (1) directly from you when you provide it; (2) automatically as you navigate through the Site; and (3) from third-party analytics and advertising services described below.
Tracking Tools, Behavioral Advertising & Opt-Out Options
Tracking Tools
We use the tools described below to provide the Site, advertise our services, and better understand users.
Cookies: Cookies are small files transferred to your device that contain information such as user preferences and activity on the Site. We use cookies to improve or tailor the Site, measure performance, customize user experiences, and for analytics and fraud prevention. You can control cookie settings in your browser; however, blocking cookies may limit access to certain features of the Site.
Web Beacons: Tiny graphic image files (also known as pixel tags or clear GIFs) may be embedded on pages of the Site or in communications to analyze usage patterns, such as how many users visit a given page or open an email. This data helps us understand user engagement and improve the Site.
Web Service Analytics: We use third-party analytics services, including Google Analytics, to register user interactions on the Site such as clicks, navigation patterns, and time on page. These services help us make the Site easier to use. They generally do not collect personal information unless you voluntarily provide it and do not track your browsing across unrelated web services.
Mobile Device Identifiers: If you access the Site from a mobile device, we may collect data related to that device (such as device type and operating system) through analytics services to better understand our users' demographics and behaviors and to improve the Site experience.
Behavioral Advertising
We may use interest-based or online behavioral advertising. This means some of our advertising partners use tracking tools — such as cookies, pixel tags, and web beacons — to collect information about a user's online activity to display PC Freeze Help ads based on the user's interests. These partners may include ad networks, traffic measurement services, and marketing analytics providers. Information collected by these partners may include IP address, mobile device ID, operating system, browser, geographic location, and demographic information.
Google-Specific Services
Google Tag Manager: We use Google Tag Manager to manage and deploy tracking scripts. It does not independently collect personal data but facilitates the services below.
Google Analytics (GA4): We use Google Analytics to understand site traffic and user behavior. Google Analytics collects anonymized usage data via cookies. You can opt out at any time using the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on.
Google Ads Conversion Tracking: We use Google Ads to advertise our services. Google's conversion tracking records when a user visits our site after clicking one of our ads. This data is used solely to measure ad performance. Google's privacy practices are governed by policies.google.com/privacy.
Opting Out of Cookies and Behavioral Advertising
Most web browsers allow you to reject or alert you when a cookie is placed on your device. You may also activate the appropriate settings on your mobile device to limit mobile device identifiers. Blocking cookies may restrict access to some features of the Site.
You may opt out of certain interest-based advertising by visiting the Network Advertising Initiative (NAI) opt-out page or the Digital Advertising Alliance (DAA) opt-out page. When you use these opt-out features, an opt-out cookie is placed on your device. If you delete cookies, you may need to opt out again. You will need to apply opt-out settings for each browser and device separately.
Even after opting out of behavioral advertising, you may still see PC Freeze Help advertisements that are not interest-based. Opting out does not stop all tracking — PC Freeze Help may still collect Site usage data and serve general (non-targeted) advertisements.
How PC Freeze Help Responds to "Do Not Track" (DNT) Signals
Some web browsers (including Safari, Firefox, and Chrome) incorporate a "Do Not Track" (DNT) feature that signals to websites that a visitor does not want their online behavior tracked. There is currently no industry consensus on what constitutes a DNT signal or how to respond to one. For this reason, PC Freeze Help does not currently respond to browser DNT signals. For more information, visit allaboutdnt.com.

Storage and Security of Information
The security of your personal information is important to us. We have implemented reasonable administrative and technical measures designed to protect your personal information from accidental loss and from unauthorized access, use, alteration, and disclosure. In some cases, we may retain personal information longer if doing so is necessary to: comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, enforce this Privacy Policy or our Terms of Service, or as otherwise permitted or required by applicable law.
Contact form submissions are retained for up to two (2) years from the date of submission. Analytics data is retained per Google Analytics' default retention settings. Afterwards, we may retain certain information in a depersonalized or aggregated form that does not identify you personally.

The Site may contain links to third-party websites. A link to a non-PC Freeze Help website does not mean that we endorse that website or the persons associated with it. If you visit a third-party website, you are subject to its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the policies or practices of third parties. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site before providing your information.
